The Internal Complaint Cell (ICC) for BA/B.Ed and B.Sc/B.Ed integrated courses has been set up to provide students a safe and supportive environment where they can pursue their education without fear of discrimination or harassment. The cell ensures that integrated course students have access to fair grievance handling and gender sensitization programs.
Objectives
- To prevent any form of harassment or discrimination within the institution.
- To encourage students to speak up in case of injustice or misconduct.
- To educate students on respectful communication and professional ethics.
- To handle complaints with sensitivity, fairness, and confidentiality.
Functions of the Cell
- Ensuring proper redressal of complaints related to harassment, gender bias, or misconduct.
- Conducting counseling sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Providing a non-judgmental environment for students to share concerns.
- Taking disciplinary measures in compliance with institutional norms.
Complaint Procedure
- Students can submit complaints through a written letter or official email.
- The ICC acknowledges the grievance and begins an inquiry.
- All proceedings are carried out with confidentiality and neutrality.
- Final resolution is shared with the complainant in a timely manner.
