The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) for B.Ed students at SKS College of Education is dedicated to ensuring that every student, irrespective of their gender, caste, religion, ability, or socio-economic background, receives fair treatment and equal access to academic and extracurricular opportunities. The cell works actively to create an inclusive learning atmosphere for future educators.
Objectives
- To promote equity, inclusivity, and fairness in all academic and non-academic matters.
- To provide support for students from marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds.
- To raise awareness about constitutional rights and social justice.
- To encourage participation of all students in college activities, seminars, and training programs.
Functions of the Cell
- Monitor and address issues of discrimination or inequality.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on diversity and inclusiveness.
- Facilitate counseling and mentoring for students in need.
- Ensure barrier-free access to education for differently-abled students.

More than two students actively participate in this committee, bringing diverse ideas and teamwork to its activities.
