The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) for BA/B.Ed and B.Sc/B.Ed programs at SKS College of Education is established to provide students with a platform to express and resolve their issues in a transparent and student-friendly manner. The committee ensures that integrated course students receive necessary support for their academic, personal, and institutional concerns.
Objectives
- To create a supportive system for grievance handling.
- To safeguard the rights and interests of BA/B.Ed and B.Sc/B.Ed students.
- To ensure grievances are addressed with confidentiality, sensitivity, and fairness.
- To maintain a positive and inclusive academic environment.
Scope of Grievances
The committee addresses grievances related to:
- Teaching, curriculum, and examination concerns.
- Classroom, laboratory, and hostel facilities.
- Miscommunication or administrative issues.
- Any other matter affecting student welfare.
Procedure for Students
- Students may file a grievance through written complaint/email submission.
- The committee reviews the complaint and discusses resolution steps.
- Both sides are heard before finalizing action.
- The resolution is shared within a stipulated timeframe.
