The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) for the B.Ed program at SKS College of Education has been constituted to address and resolve the concerns of students in a fair and transparent manner. The Committee ensures that students have a safe platform to voice their grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal matters.
Objectives
- To provide a fair and impartial mechanism for redressal of student complaints.
- To promote a harmonious academic environment for B.Ed students.
- To ensure that grievances are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- To uphold transparency and accountability in all student-related matters.
Scope of Grievances
The committee deals with:
- Academic issues (exams, results, evaluation, attendance).
- Teaching and learning-related concerns.
- Infrastructure and facility-related grievances.
- Any other issue affecting the student community.
Procedure for Students
- Students can submit their grievance in writing/email to the committee.
- The committee will acknowledge the complaint and initiate inquiry.
- A fair hearing will be provided before final decision.
- Resolution will be communicated to the student within a fixed timeline.
